4. Intellectual Property

All World of Warships: Legends™ content, including but not limited to:

Are the exclusive property of Wargaming.net. We use this content under their Content Creator Guidelines for informational and educational purposes only.

4.2 Our Content

Original content created by Port of Legends, including:

• Build optimization algorithms
• Website design and functionality
• User guides and tutorials
• Fleet management systems

Is owned by Port of Legends unless otherwise noted.

5. User Content

5.1 Your Builds and Strategies

When you create and save builds or strategies on our platform:

• You retain ownership of your creative strategies
• You grant us a license to store and display your content
• Shared builds may be viewed by other users
• You may delete your content at any time

5.2 Community Standards

Users must not post content that is:

• Offensive, hateful, or discriminatory
• Misleading or fraudulent
• Violating any third-party rights
• Promoting cheats or exploits

6. Privacy and Data

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy. Key points:

• We do not sell your personal information
• Account data is used to provide services
• Payment processing is handled by Stripe
• You may request data deletion at any time

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

7.1 No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service availability
• Accuracy of game data (subject to game updates)
• Specific game performance outcomes

7.2 Limitation of Liability

Port of Legends shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that:

• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse the platform or other users
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our services

9. Refund Policy

• Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time
• No refunds for partial months
• Refunds may be issued for technical issues at our discretion
• Chargebacks may result in account suspension

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Port Navigator Program™ - Community Contributor Loyalty Discount

11.1 Program Description

The Port Navigator Program™ is an exclusive, application-based loyalty discount program for dedicated community members who help improve our ship and commander databases. Approved members earn eligibility to purchase Port Master subscriptions at a heavily discounted rate of $1.00 per month (regularly $9.99/month).

This is a customer loyalty discount program, not an employment or compensation arrangement.

11.2 Program Structure and Availability

• Entry by application only - subject to approval at our sole discretion
• Limited enrollment based on data quality needs
• Not advertised publicly - discovered through community participation
• Similar to student, military, or senior citizen discount programs
• All users have equal opportunity to apply regardless of race, gender, nationality, or other protected characteristics

11.3 Eligibility Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older (or age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Maintain minimum of 10 high-quality corrections per month
• Corrections must meet our accuracy standards
• Three-person consensus rule: When 3 independent Port Navigators submit identical corrections, automatic approval may occur
• Account in good standing with no Terms of Service violations

11.4 Discount Terms and Conditions

• Discounted Price: $1.00/month for Port Master subscription (90% discount)
• Payment Required: This is a purchase transaction, not free access
• Billing: Standard monthly subscription billing applies
• Cancellation: Standard cancellation terms apply
• Non-Transferable: Discount cannot be transferred or sold
• Discount may be revoked for program violations or inactivity

11.5 Contribution Guidelines and Rights

By participating in the Port Navigator Program, you agree that:

• All corrections are voluntary contributions to improve community data
• You grant Port of Legends unlimited, perpetual, worldwide rights to all submitted corrections
• Corrections become part of our database and cannot be removed
• You are not an employee, contractor, or agent of Port of Legends
• Quality standards must be maintained - poor quality submissions may result in removal

11.6 User-Generated Content and Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Port of Legends, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your submitted corrections or content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Any claim that your corrections caused damage to a third party
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations

11.7 Section 230 and DMCA Safe Harbor

Port of Legends operates as an interactive computer service under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act. We are not responsible for user-submitted corrections. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will respond to valid takedown notices.

11.8 No Tax Reporting - Customer Discount Program

Important Tax Information:

• The $1 monthly payment is a discounted purchase, not taxable income
• No Form 1099 or other tax documents will be issued
• This is equivalent to student or senior discounts - no tax implications
• You are purchasing a service at a discount, not receiving compensation
• Similar to Amazon Prime Student or Spotify Student discounts

11.9 Program Modifications and Termination

• We reserve the right to modify discount amounts with 30 days notice
• We may terminate the program at any time
• We may remove participants who violate program rules
• Existing discounts will be honored for current billing period
• No refunds for voluntary or involuntary program removal

11.10 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes regarding the Port Navigator Program shall be resolved through binding arbitration as outlined in Section 13 of these Terms. Class action waiver applies.
